📝 Dismissal Steps
1️⃣ Upon arriving at the school premises at dismissal time, parents should send a WhatsApp message to the designated number for their son’s section, stating:

Grade level
-
Section
2️⃣ Once the message is received by the designated supervisor, the student will be called from his classroom and directed to Gate 2 (Parking Gate).
📌 Important Remarks
1. The only method of communication is WhatsApp, using the designated number for your son’s section. Phone calls will not be answered.
2. Students in Grades 8–12 will be dismissed at 1:50 PM and may leave school independently, as usual. They may also pass by their younger siblings’ classrooms and pick them up.
3. Some students in Grades 4–7 may be permitted to leave school independently based on a special request from their parents. Parents must complete and sign the required form acknowledging that the student is permitted to leave independently and releasing the school from responsibility after dismissal.
4. The dismissal WhatsApp numbers will be used only at the end of the school day for dismissal purposes. They will not be available for messages or calls during school hours.
